Shipping
We ship UPS ground (orders under 1 lb. ship via USPS) to US addresses only. For international shipping, please go to our store finder to find a store or online site that will ship to your location. Pricing is based on weight and distance. Please call for any special shipping requests. Tracking notification sent to an email address by request.
Returns and exchanges
We stand behind the quality of all of our products. Each of our products is under warranty against manufacture defects (certain restrictions and limitations may apply) with proof of purchase receipt from an Authorized Fleurville retailer. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to call us at 800.987.6828, or email us at info@fleurville.com, and we would be more than happy to assist you.
All items purchased from the Fleurville website can be returned within 30 days of order placed for an exchange or refund of the price of the items and must include the original packing slip. Returns or exchanges will ONLY be accepted on unused items, in their original packaging, with all tags and/or accessories attached with the original packing slip. If you are exchanging an item, please note that shipping charges to Fleurville is paid by the customer. Shipping on all returned items is not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error made by Fleurville (e.g. wrong item/color). Fleurville will only return/exchange items purchased through www.fleurville.com. We strongly recommend shipping via UPS, FedEx, or Insured USPS so you can track and insure your package. Care Instructions
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if needed. If liquid spills inside, pull the interior out and spot clean and air dry immediately.
We suggest using the removable insulated beverage holder for any liquid.
We do not recommend machine wash or dry.
If a magnetic snap or clip breaks, please email returns@fleurville.com. If your bag is within the warranty period a free replacement will be mailed out to you. Out of the warranty period a replacement part will be sent for a $5 fee.
The O-ring stroller attachment was designed to break under certain pressure because of our concern over the stroller tipping. We offer one free replacement set with proof of purchase from an authorized Fleurville dealer.
